INSTANT WIN PRIZES: There will be two hundred and twenty eight thousand, eight hundred and fifty three (228,853) Instant Win Prizes (herein referred to individually as a"Prize"and collectively as"Prizes") available to be won. They are as follows:
TIER 1 PRIZES
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a 2014 Fiat 500 POP (the"Vehicle") with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $20,000.00 (CDN) including destination/freight charges and PST/GST/HST. The Vehicle will not be released unless and until the declared Grand Prize winner first shows proof of having a valid driver's license (equivalent to a full "G" class license in Ontario) in the province/territory in which he/she resides and proof of satisfactory insurance. Manufacturer's warranty applies to the Vehicle. Colour and other specifics of the Vehicle will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (subject to availability). The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses that are not included in the prize description above, including but not limited to: registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with any upgrade or option package he/she may request and which the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is willing to provide at winner's cost. Secondary Prizes: There are two (2) Secondary Prizes available to be won, each consisting of a family trip (each a"Trip") for four (4) people (winner and up to three (3) travel guests) to Orlando, Fl. The trip includes: return economy airfare for up to (4) people departing from the Canadian international airport nearest the winner's residence to Orlando Fl; four (4) nights' accommodation at a 4-star hotel based on double occupancy as selected by the Sponsor, a five (5) day car rental as selected by the Sponsor and $1,500.00 (CDN) spending money issued in the form of cheque made payable to the winner as his/her name appears on the Release Form (see rule 7). The ARV of each Trip is $10,000.00 (CDN) based on a return economy airfare for four (4) people from Toronto, Ontario to Orlando FL and may vary depending on the city of departure. Any difference between such ARV and the actual value of a Secondary Prize as taken will not be awarded. Each winner and his/her travel guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary, must each have valid travel documents prior to ticketing (such as a passport) and beeligible for entry into Canada and the United States or the Secondary Prize will be forfeited.Each travel guest must be a Canadian resident at time of travel. Each Secondary Prize winner and his/her travel guest(s) are responsible for all incidental expenses incurred for the purpose of taking or during the Trip including, but not limited to, ground transfers to and from their residences to the departure airport and or other applicable taxes, travel and medical insurance, trip cancellation insurance, departure taxes, fees, surcharges, excess baggage fees, costs associated with travel documents, visas, or necessary vaccinations, meals and beverages, room service and mini-bar charges, tips and gratuities, hotel services (if any), merchandise and souvenirs, sightseeing tours, local and long distance telephone calls, spending money or items of a personal nature (the "Expenses"). Travel arrangements must be made through 6 Degrees (the "Sponsor Representative") and must be booked at least thirty five (35) business days prior to departure. Secondary Prizes must be redeemed and travel must be completed within one (1) year of awarding a Secondary Prize or the Secondary Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Booking is subject to availability of flights and hotel accommodation, blackout periods including all major holidays in Canada and US: including but not limited to Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, March Break, Labour Day and July 4th, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport and other transportation restrictions and regulations. Once made, travel arrangements are final and cannot be changed. If a Secondary Prize winner is unable to participate in the Trip after the Secondary Prize has been booked, the Secondary Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. There are no deviations to travel allowed (i.e. length of stay, number of guests, flight stopovers, travel dates, etc). Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. The return economy airfare element of each Secondary Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. In the event a Secondary Prize winner and/or his or her travel guest(s) engage in behavior that (as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send a Secondary Prize winner and/or his or her travel guest(s) home with no further compensation. The car rental portion of a Secondary Prize will be selected by the Sponsor. Each Secondary Prize winner and/or a traveling guest must have a valid driver's license in order to accept the car rental portion of a Secondary Prize. If a driver is under the age of majority and possesses a valid driver's license, additional fees may apply per day and are the responsibility of a Secondary Prize winner. Upgrades or additional charges such as baby-seats or additional driver, additional coverage, fuel charges, applicable taxes or surcharges and optional items (such as Loss Damage Waiver) are at the expense of a Secondary Prize winner. TIER 2 PRIZES

All Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale or convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right in the event that a Prize or any component of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason (including in the event of lack of Vehicle availability for the Grand Prize due to limited production), to substitute a Prize or component of a Prize of equal or greater value without liability. Odds of winning a Prize at the beginning of the Contest Period are 1 in 70. As Prizes are claimed, the number of Prizes available, and the odds of winning a Prize will be reduced accordingly. |
