Contest Period. Ice Your Summer™ Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Diageo Canada Inc. ("Sponsor"). The Contest begins on the June 23rd, 2014 at 12:00PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 15th, 2014 at 12:00PM (noon ET) (the "Contest Period").

Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority and are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction of residence. This Contest is not open to officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives of, or members of the immediate family (defined as parent, sibling, children and/or spouse, regardless of where they live) of, or domiciled with (whether related or not) any such officer, director, employee, agent or representative of Sponsor, or its advertising or promotional agencies, each of their respective parent, affiliated and related companies, any suppliers of materials and services related to this Contest, or any of the liquor agencies, boards, commissions, branches, retailers, alcohol beverage distributors/wholesalers and liquor licensees (the "Liquor Authorities"). The Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, the Liquor Authorities, the parent, subsidiary, affiliate and related entities of each of the foregoing and all of their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns shall be referred to herein as the "Contest Entities". The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this Contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever in any regard to any matter which is related to this Contest.

How to Enter. No purchase necessary. Internet access and Facebook account required. If you do not have a Facebook account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free Facebook account at www.Facebook.com or go to www.iceyoursummer.ca. To enter, visit the Smirnoff Ice Facebook Page [Iceyoursummer.ca] (the "Contest Website") and provide your name, email address, password, birth date and province (picture is optional) (the "Profile" or "Entry"), confirm that you agree and shall comply with, and be bound by, the Official Contest Rules and click "CONFIRM". By completing the Profile Set-Up form and clicking "CONFIRM", you will be entered into the Contest. All fields on the Profile Set-Up must be completed unless indicated as optional. Only one Profile/one Entry into the Contest per person during the Contest Period. Entrants can simply enter the Contest as described above and be eligible to win a Grand Prize or a Consolation Prize (by random draw as described below) or Entrants can also earn points to be eligible to win additional prizes (as described below).

3.1 How to Earn Points

You can earn points in 5 different ways:

Challenge: A challenge is an action by the Entrant that needs to be completed in the manner prescribed (a "Challenge").
Task: A task is an action by the Entrant that can be completed in 3 ways; either by providing an answer; or submitting an image or video (a "Task").
Share: A completed Task or Challenge that the Entrant shares with a friend (a "Share") or other person ("Visitor") shares with their friends ("a Share").
Invite: Friend accepts invite from Entrant to join the Contest (an "Invite").
Like: A like by the Entrant's Friend or a like by a Visitor visiting the Entrant's Gallery (as defined below) (a "Like").


Challenges and Tasks shall be referred to herein as "Actions". Shares, Invites and Likes shall be referred to herein as the "Interactions". Actions shall form part of an Entrant's Entry.

Actions posted by an Entrant on the Contest Website will be visible on his/her gallery on the Contest Website (open to the public for viewing) (the "Gallery"). Entrants, friends and Visitors must follow the instructions on Contest Website in order to complete the Actions and Interactions.

At 12:00PM EST (noon) on the first day of each Weekly Prize Period (defined in Section 4 below), one (1) Challenge and five (5) Tasks will be posted on the Contest Website (for a total of twelve (12) Challenges and sixty (60) Tasks during the Contest Period). Entrants can complete the applicable Challenge and Task at any time during the Contest Period (i.e., entrants can complete the Challenge and/or Task posted during the first Weekly Prize Period at any time during the Contest Period).

Entrants can earn a maximum of 780 points for the completed Actions. Entrant can earn up to an additional 1189 points for Interactions completed by one (1) Friend or one (1) Visitor. The more Friends or Visitors that complete the Interactions, the more points the Entrant can earn.

For example:
If the Entrant has ten (10) Friends or Visitors completing all the Interactions, the total points that can be earned is 10 x 1189 points = 11,890 points.

In order for a Challenge or Task to be considered completed, the Challenge or Task must comply with Section 3.2 below. In the event that a Challenge or Task is disqualified (at Sponsor's sole discretion), the Entrant will be notified by email or on his/her Gallery with the reason for disqualification and will be allowed to submit a new Challenge or Task, as applicable. Points will be awarded on the same date that the Actions have been completed. Points will be awarded on the same date your Friends or Visitors complete Interactions. Points are not transferable.

Leaderboard:

Entrants usernames are generated using their first name and the first letter of their last name. ie MaryE) and will be posted on the contest leaderboard on the Contest Website (the "Leaderboard").

The top 3 Entrants names with the highest points earned during the Weekly Prize Period will be automatically be displayed on the Weekly Prize Contest leaderboard posted on the Contest Website (the “Weekly Prize Contest Leaderboard”).

The top 25 Entrants with the highest points earned during the Contest Period will be displayed automatically on the Grand Prize Contest Leaderboard and confirmed 1 week after closing (the “Grand Prize Contest Leaderboard”)

Entrants can view their ranking on the Leaderboard on their Profile.

Rankings on the Leaderboard are subject to change due to disqualifications pursuant to Section 3.2 below.

3.2 Entry, Challenge and Task Content

(a) Entrants are not required to purchase Smirnoff Ice products in order to enter the Contest or complete any Action. Inappropriate images, or any images of an explicit or sexual nature will be disqualified. Any and all people featured in the photograph must be of at least the legal drinking age in the province/territory in which the photograph was taken. You must not endanger yourself or others or take any other risks in order to complete any Action as part the Contest. Entrants are solely responsible for any and all expenses incurred while participating in the Contest (expenses are not required in order to participate in the Contest).

(b) If people are shown in the photographs, the permission of each such person must have been acquired prior to uploading, and Entrant hereby represent and warrant that they have acquired such consent and permission without limitations for all of the purposes and uses described in these Contest Rules.

(c) Entrants warrant and represent that photographs submitted are the sole and original creation of the Entrant and have not been copied in whole or in part from any other work.

(d) Photographs must not advertise or promote third parties’ or your own goods or services

(e) Actions must not use third party artistic works, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, brand identifying marks, trade secrets or any other proprietary rights.

(f) Entrants must ensure that any and all materials submitted as part of this Contest do not contain any confidential, secret or proprietary information and if information is included it will be deemed by Sponsor not to be confidential, secret or proprietary.

(g) Entrants are solely responsible for the content of all Actions (including photos and videos) submitted and Entrants accept that (1) they will be solely responsible for ensuring that their submitted materials do not infringe the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights) and (2) they will be solely liable for any claims, losses, fines, penalties, costs or damages suffered or incurred as a result of any such infringement.

(h) Actions must not refer to drinking alcohol or people who are, or appear to be, under the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction in which the photograph was taken.

(i) Actions must not suggest that Smirnoff Ice products or alcohol in general make anyone more successful, confident, popular or attractive or that it is acceptable, glamorous or generally positive to be intoxicated.

(j) Actions must not (1) depict or refer to people conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner, (2) contain any material that would degrade or demean the human form, image or status of women, men or members of any group based on race, religion, ethnic background, sexual orientation or any other minority status, (3) be offensive towards anyone, or (4) refer to any other Entrant in the Contest.

(k) Actions must not show, imply, encourage or refer to aggression or unruly, irresponsible or anti-social behaviour nor link alcohol with brave, tough or daring behaviour.

(l) Actions must not particularly appeal to people under the legal drinking age in any jurisdiction or include real or fictitious characters who might appeal to such under-aged persons.

(m) Obscene, provocative, sexually overt, lewd or otherwise objectionable content or Actions that reflect poorly on the Smirnoff Ice brand or any other brands of the Sponsor and/or its affiliates will be disqualified.

(n) Actions must not pass judgment on those who choose not to drink alcohol.

(o) Actions must not suggest that Smirnoff Ice products or any other alcoholic product or any alcoholic beverage is good for you or has any positive medicinal or therapeutic property because it contains alcohol, or suggests that someone should consume drinks only with high alcohol content.

(p) Actions must not imply that it is acceptable to drink alcohol before or while driving any vehicle, while operating any kind of machinery or while undertaking any activity that requires alertness, concentration or physical coordination.

(q) The determination as to whether Actions meet all of the criteria set out in these Contest Rules or violate any of them shall be solely the Sponsor’s and/or its agents’, which determination shall be final in each instance. Any Action violating any of these Contest Rules may be disqualified, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all Actions by that same entrant.

3.3 Materials Submitted

(a) By entering the Contest and submitting the necessary materials in connection with the Challenges and Tasks, you hereby assign to the Sponsor all intellectual property rights in all of the content of your Entry (whether audio, video, audio-visual, written and/or pictorial) that you submit as part of your Entry. This assignment is world-wide and royalty-free, without any restriction or limitation whatsoever. This assignment means that once you have submitted your Challenges and Tasks in the Contest, the Challenges and Tasks are owned by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will, therefore, be entitled to use, reproduce, modify, edit, store and/or retrieve all Contest materials for any purpose in any way that the Sponsor thinks fit and in any and all media, on a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, world-wide basis and will not be required to obtain consent from entrants or make payment to entrants for such use, reproduction and/or modification. The Sponsor has no obligation to make any use of such materials, however.

(b) You hereby waive any applicable moral rights or other transferable rights in any content or material you submit.

Prizes. There are two (2) Grand Prizes, two (2) Runner-Up Prizes, sixteen (16) Consolation Prizes, and twenty-four (24) Weekly Prizes available to be won consisting of the following:

Grand Prizes: There are a total of two (2) Grand Prizes available to be won as follows: (1) the entrant with the most Points earned during the Contest Period will be eligible to win the Grand Prize No. 1; and (2) the entrant selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be eligible to win the Grand Prize No. 2. The confirmed winners will be able to choose from the Grand Prize options described below.

The two (2) options for the Grand Prize are:

Option 1: A trip for the winner and three friends to Cape Breton, NS consisting of a Cape Breton Golf Trip as fully described below.
Option 2: A trip for you and three friends to Whistler, BC consisting of an Adventure Option or a Golf Option as fully described below.


Option 1 - The Cape Breton Golf option:

The Cape Breton Golf Option includes return flights (economy) from the international airport closest to the winner’s home to Sydney, 4 days and 3 night accommodations at Keltic Lodge and/or Cabot, ground transportation, $1280 spending money as a pre-paid cash card; 4 rounds of golf as follows: Bell Bay (day 1), Highland Links (day 2), LePortage (day 3) and Cabot Links (day 4). The approximate retail value for the Cape Breton Golf Option Grand Prize is $8000.

Option 2 - Whistler Grand Prize options:

The Whistler Adventure Grand Prize Option includes return flights (economy) from the international airport closest to the winner’s home to Vancouver, 4 days and 3 nights accommodations at Crystal Lodge, ground transportation to Whistler, $1280 spending money as a pre-paid cash card, 2 days of bike park tickets, (which includes rental downhill bikes and safety equipment and one half day lesson for 4 people) and 2 days of sightseeing (which includes 1 x mountain top BBQ ticket per person, rental valley bikes and helmets for 4 people). The approximate retail value for the Whistler Adventure Option Grand Prize is $8000.

The Whistler Golf Option includes return flights (economy) from the international airport closest to the winner's home to Vancouver, 4 days and 3 nights accommodations at Crystal Lodge, ground transportation to Whistler, and $1280 spending money, 4 rounds of golf at courses to be determined. The approximate retail value for the Whistler Golf Option Grand Prize is $8000.

If winner lives in or close to (as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) Vancouver or Sydney (as applicable), winner and his/her friends will forfeit the return flights. In such event, ground transportation will be provided from winner’s home to the applicable destination.

Winner's guests must be legal residents of Canada and the legal drinking age in her/her province of residence. The winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary. All bookings (flight and hotel) are subject to availability, changes in itinerary and other restrictions. Blackout dates may apply. Winner and his/her guests will be responsible for all expenses not specifically described above as included in the Grand Prize, including but not limited to meals, in-room entertainment, insurance, tips and any other personal expenses. Winner and his/her guests are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents and required permissions are obtained for him/her prior to ticketing and otherwise in order to travel. Sponsor is not responsible if winner and/or any of his/her guests are denied access to the aircraft. In such an event, winner and/or his/her guests will be solely responsible for any expenses incurred and the Grand Prize may be forfeited, in whole or in part. Winner and his/her guests must comply with all hotel check-in requirements including, without limitation, the presentation of a major credit card. Grand Prize travel and accommodations must be booked through Sponsor’s promotional agency and must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance of departure. Grand Prize travel must be booked prior by October 30, 2014 and Grand Prize travel must be completed by September 15, 2015. The Grand Prize may not be used towards any type of frequent flyer mileage, or other reward point accumulation program. The winner and his/her guests will not be entitled to any monetary difference between the actual Grand Prize value and stated approximate Grand Prize value, if any.

Runner-Up Prizes: The Selected Entrants for the two (2) Runner-Up Prizes will be selected from Entrants with the 2nd and 3rd most Points in the Contest.

Each Runner-Up Prize consists of a Smirnoff ICE Backyard Prize Package that includes the following:

Propane BBQ
Free Standing Hammock
Four (4) Muskoka Chairs
Ladder Golf Game
Cornhole Game

The set up of any component of the Runner-Up Prizes is the sole responsibility of the Winners.

The approximate retail value of each Runner Up Prize is $1,200 CAD.

Consolation Prizes: There are sixteen (16) Consolation Prizes to be won by random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Each Consolation Prize consists of one of the following Smirnoff Ice wearable’s (at winner's option):

Women's Wind Jacket or
Men's Athletic Full Zip Hooded Sweatshirt

The approximate retail value of each Consolation Prize is $70.

Weekly Prizes: There are two (2) Weekly Prizes to be awarded each week during the Contest Period (each week referred to as “Weekly Prize Period” and described below) for a total of twenty-four (24) Weekly Prizes to be awarded during the Contest Period. The Entrant with the most points earned during the applicable Weekly Prize Period will be eligible to win Weekly Prize No. 1 and the Entrant selected by random draw from all eligible Entrants who completed at least one (1) Action during the applicable Weekly Contest Period will be eligible to win Weekly Prize No. 2.

Each Weekly Prize consists of one of the following:

The approximate Retail Value of each Weekly Prize is $70.

shall be referred to herein as the "Weekly Prize Period Chart".

An Entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Weekly Prize during the Contest Period and one (1) Grand Prize or one (1) Runner Up Prize or one (1) Consolation Prize (for greater certainty, an Entrant cannot win both the Grand Prize or the Runner Up Prize and a Consolation Prize) during the Contest Period.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-saleable, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions. Sponsor will not be responsible if a Prize or part thereof cannot be awarded due to any factor(s) beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In the event that any Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded as described in these Official Contest Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater retail value

Selection and Notification of Selected Entrants.

The Grand Prize Selection/Draw: The Entrant who collects the most points during the Contest Period will be selected for Grand Prize No. 1. In the case of a tie with respect to the highest points collected, the Sponsor or its agent will conduct a random draw from among the Entrants who are tied for highest points to select the potential winner of Grand Prize No. 1. A random draw from all eligible Entries will be conducted on September 19, 2014 at approximately 1:00PM (EST) to select the potential winner of Grand Prize No. 2. Odds of winning Grand Prize No. 1 depends on the number of Entrants and the number of points earned during the Contest Period. Odds of winning Grand Prize No. 2 depends on the number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.

The Runner-Up Prize Selection: The Entrants who collect the 2nd and 3rd highest points during the Contest Period will be selected for 2nd Runner-Up Prize and the 3rd Runner-Up Prize, respectively. . In the case of a tie with respect to either or both the 2nd and 3rd highest points collected, the Sponsor or its agent will conduct a random draw from among the Entrants who are tied for 2nd highest points and 3rd highest points (as applicable) to select the potential winner of applicable Runner-Up Prizes. Odds of winning a Runner-Up Prize depends on number of Entrants and the number of points earned during the Contest Period.

The Consolation Prize Draw: Random draws from all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period will be conducted on September 19, 2014 at approximately 1:00 PM (EST) to select the potential winners of the Consolation Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.

The Weekly Prize Draws: The Entrant who collects the most points during the applicable Weekly Prize Period will be selected for Weekly Prize No. 1. In the case of a tie with respect to the highest points collected during the applicable Weekly Prize Period, the Sponsor or its agent will conduct a random draw from among the Entrants who are tied for highest points to select the potential winner of Weekly Prize No. 1. A random draw from all eligible Entries will be conducted for the applicable Weekly Prize Period on the applicable date set forth in the Weekly Prize Period Chart at approximately 12:00PM (EST) to select the potential winner of Weekly Prize No. 2. Odds of winning the Weekly Prize No. 1 depends on the number of Entrants who complete a minimum of one (1) Action during the applicable Weekly Prize Period and the number of points earned during the applicable Weekly Prize Period. Odds of winning the Weekly Prize No. 2 depends on the number of Entrants who complete a minimum of one (1) Action during the applicable Weekly Prize Period.

Selected Entrants will be notified by email within approximately one week after the close of the Contest Period at the email address provided by the entrant in his/her Profile. No other notifications will be provided to potential winners and communication will be entered into only with the Selected Entrants. Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay or failure of any email communication. Before being declared a winner, each Selected Entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a mutually convenient time by telephone. Each selected entrant and his/her guests (for the Grand Prize) will also be required to complete and return to Sponsor (or its authorized agent) by the deadline specified in the documents a written declaration and release form, which, among other things (a) confirms compliance with these Official Rules; (b) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded (for the selected entrants); (c) releases the Contest Entities from any liability in connection with this Contest or the receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or any party thereof; and (d) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet (the "Release"). Return of any prize or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected Entrant or failure of Selected Entrant to respond to notification within three (3) business days of first attempt by Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), failure to return the Release or other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Contest Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited prize, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. Sponsor shall deliver the Weekly Prizes, Runner-Up Prizes and Consolation Prizes to the confirmed winners within 4 weeks of being confirmed as a winner. The Sponsor or its agent will contact the confirmed winners of the Grand Prizes within 5 days of being confirmed as a winner in order to coordinate the Grand Prizes.

Privacy. Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Contest for the purposes of administering the Contest and Prize fulfilment. By entering this Contest, you consent to such collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for purposes of administering this Contest (including, but not limited, receiving email notifications about the Contest). Sponsor will not publish your full name on the Contest Website however Sponsor will publish your username and your Gallery on the Contest Website. By entering this Contest, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and management of your personal information for these purposes and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy

By accepting a Prize, the winner agrees to Sponsor's use of his/her name, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor may conduct relating to the Contest in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice.
Right to suspend/terminate/amend Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, terminate or amend the Contest or these Official Contest Rules, or any part thereof, if in its absolute discretion, for any reason and without notice, including, without limitation, in the event that technical or other difficulties, or unforeseen circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control will or might compromise the integrity or fairness of the Contest.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to amend any time periods, and notification dates at any time at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any losses, damage or liability whatsoever resulting from any suspension, termination or amendment, as applicable.
Limitation of Liability. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT CONTEST ENTITIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST WEBSITE OR FACEBOOK PAGE) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON IDEA MISAPPROPRIATION, COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT, INVASION OF PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, PLAGIARISM, DEFAMATION OR ANY VIOLATION OF ANY OTHER PERSONAL OR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, OR C) AWARDING, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore such exclusions may not apply to you.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Contest Entities shall not be responsible for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information that is caused by Contest Website or users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest; (b) lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, service provider, on-line systems, telephone networks or telephone lines, or any other connections; (c) the theft, destruction, loss or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; (d) any problems with, or malfunctions or failures of, telephone networks or lines, computers or computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (e) garbled transmissions or miscommunications; (f) failure of any e-mail to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason, including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof or technical incompatibility; (g) damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) occasioned by participation or downloading of materials related to this Contest; (h) printing, distribution, programming or production errors, and any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; or (i) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein.

General. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Contest. All entries are subject to verification at any time. Automated entries (including but not limited to mass entries, entries submitted using any bot, script, macro or contest service), and/or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or illegible entries. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE CONTEST WEBSITE OR APPLICATION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Contest, the Contest Website or the Application; to be in violation of the terms of service of the Contest Website; to be acting in violation of these Official Contest Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an Entry or earning Points in the Contest or use of the Contest Website or Application including, but not limited to, a breakdown in communication systems. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted any Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at registration will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an access provider, service provider, or other person or organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the account associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Governing law. The Contest and these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.

Facebook/Twitter/YouTube. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Youtube or Twitter. Facebook, Youtube and Twitter are completely released of all liability by each Entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not Facebook or Youtube or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Youtube or Twitter.
