INSTANT WIN PRIZES
Instant Win Prize: There are a total of 6,000 Prizes (each, a "Prize" and collectively, the "Prizes") available to be won throughout the duration of the contest, over three (3) Contest Periods:
Contest Period 1: January 19, 2016 – January 26, 2016 (8 days) – one-hundred and ninety-two (192) Prizes available to be won.
Contest Period 2: January 27, 2016 – February 26, 2016 (31 days) – one-thousand four-hundred and eighty-eight (1,488) Prizes available to be won.
Contest Period 3: February 27, 2016 – April 26, 2016 (60 days_ - four-thousand three-hundred and twenty Prizes available to be won. Each Prize has an approximate retail value of $10.
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.
Eligible Prizes to be won are the coffee, garlic and pizza Excel character plushies.
The choice of Prize you are eligible to receive will be made randomly by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. There is no way of knowing in advance which Prize you will receive if selected as a winner.
There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person throughout the duration of the total ninety-nine (99) day contest period. No entrant is eligible to win more than one (1) plushie.
SURPRISE CALENDAR
All entrants on any attempt to enter, whether they are a potential instant winner or not, will instantly receive one (1) complimentary 12- month Excel 2016 Calendar. Unsexy Edition (the "Calendar"). Those entrants that did not instantly win a Prize on their first attempt will be eligible to login to their account for a chance to win each subsequent day of the Contest until they have been declared a winner. Not all entrants will be declared potential instant winners over the course of the total ninety-nine (99) day duration of the contest. |
